William shatner has told media that according to his opinion CBS did wrong by ending the much popular sitcom “My dad says”. He said that sitcom was still a piece of entertainment for the public and should not have got axed.
He extended his feelings and supported them by arguing that the show was rated within the top ten shows in Canada and in UK it never went beyond 25 even in the bad days. Thus he urged that the show should not be stopped here and should have been extended.
William further said that it was a great time working in the sitcom. He told that they were used to repeat the lines again and again in their mind to make them perfect. Having the audience in front of you that can tell you on the spot about the feedback of the sitcom was great.
